roberto falck photography allows you to purchase images exclusively. this option allows you to licence an image exclusively within an industry and geographical region for a specific time period. exclusivity will ensure that companies within the same industry can't license the same image....this prevents the embarassment of you and your competitors selecting the same image for an ad campaign. please call us to license the image exclusively and we will remove it from our site immediately.

model releases
roberto falck photography has taken special care in providing model and property releases for the images that we represent. some images on roberto falck photography website include recognizable people, objects or places. such image must be released before they are used in commercial applications. while roberto falck photography controls access to these images and licenses them to the public, roberto falck photography does not possess model or property rights for every image that contains people, objects, and places. the release status of each image will be indicated in the release field located next to each image.
some images that are model released have been placed under special restrictions by the photographer. for example, and image of a teenage boy might model released and available for commercial usage but might be restricted from being used in advertisements about teen pregnancy. restrictions will be indicated in the restrictions field located next to the image.
