ROBERTO FALCK PHOTOGRAPHY WEDDING PORTRAIT UNDERWATER PROJECTS ABOUT CONTACT US BLOG ENGAGEMENT GALLERY 1 GALLERY 2 DESTINATION TESTIMONIALS EXPECTATIONS FAQ

Do you travel?
Yes. We have frequently been commissioned to photograph weddings on the east coast ranging from Washington DC to Vermont and abroad (Mexico, Trinidad and Tobago, St. Tomas). It is the responsibility of the client/couple to cover all travel related expenses such as Flight/Train tickets, lodging, car rentals...etc for weddings outside the NYC area.
How long will you be present to photograph?
Typically, we will arrive 1 hour prior to the bride leaving for the ceremony to photograph the wedding preparation. This is a great way to begin the story of your day. Within reason, we will photograph the day's events usually until the end of the party. This amounts to about 8-10 hours of photographic coverage.
What is the Lifetime Portrait Program?
We understand the importance of developing relationships with our clients. We don't want to be just your Wedding photographer: we want to be your "Family photographer." As one of our elite bridal couples, you become an honorary member of our "Lifetime Portrait Program".

You can come to Roberto Falck Photography anytime for the rest of your life (or ours) and receive complimentary: baby, family, school, anniversary sessions, all the important moments in your life. Read more about it on the Lifetime Portrait Program Section
Do you bring an Assistant?
Yes. We always work with an assistant that also doubles up as a second shooter. This is particularly useful when we want to tell the story from the beginning of the day from both (bride and groom) sides. By bringing an assistant, it also allows us to bring extra equipment (such as lighting, studio set up...etc.) and ensure that we can cover the extensive array of events throughout the day as well.
How many pictures do you take?
This depends on the size of the wedding. On average, you will receive 800 - 1000 photos. As each wedding is uniquely different from the next, we will photograph as much as we feel necessary to capture the great moments of your day.
Group Shots / Formal Shots?
The amount of time and schedule of these shots will be discussed with you prior to the wedding. We suggest to allocate at least 1 hour for these photos. It is advisable to allocate a special time and location for these pictures to minimize interruptions to your wedding. It is important to coordiante this beforehand to ensure that your preferred guests and family members will be present during the photographing of the Group Pictures.
What is a Self-Portrait Studio?
This is a self functioning mini studio set-up with lighting and backdrop (where appropriate). Your guests will be able to pose and take their own pictures using a remote control shutter, encouraging less inhibited poses and offers added fun to the wedding party.
What are the on-site requirements for the Photographer?
Due to the long working day (12+ hours easy including travel time), it is necessary for a hot meal to be provided for the Photographer and assistant. Arrangements should be made with the catering staff in advance to avoid confusion during the wedding banquet. This should be timed with the guests' meal so that no photo opportunities will be missed while the Photographer eats for 15 mintues.
Can my family and friends order prints?
Absolutely. Anyone can order prints through the online gallery. Prints will be shipped directly to the person who ordered them. Orders are shipped within five (5) business days.
What type of equipment will be used?
We shoot using professional digital single lens reflex (SLR) cameras and lenses from Canon a leading manufacturer of photographic equipment. We bring a full supply of backup equipment to every engagement.
