It is with great pleasure that we enter 2012. 2011 was a wonderful year of beautiful weddings and more family sessions then in any other year. For us that means we met lots of new families as well photographed new additions to the families we already know. We are also thrilled to be partnering with a number of local businesses and doctor’s offices. We highly recommend all of them!
Our work is displayed at Slope Pediatrics on 8th Ave headed by Doctor Amy Glaser. In addition we have work on display at Premier Pediatrics on 4th Ave. Bump has been a long time favorite place of ours. If you are pregnant, head over there…They have great clothing. We are also now a preferred Vendor at The Green Building and the Palm House at the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens. which if you need a venue for a wedding or event they are both great places to be.
Venturing out of Brooklyn…(and you have to sometimes) We are thrilled to be added to David Tutera’s website. He is an internationally known wedding planner and decorator. His work is amazing. See his website here.
We are headed to New Orleans for the PPA photo conference, Imaging USA. Continuing Education is a must. There is always more to learn and ways to grow. Another reason we are going is that Roberto’s album from his travels in Bolivia was chosen as one of the top 10 albums for the 2012 Imaging awards. This is a great honor to receive recognition two years in a row. In 2011 his album from Tanzania won 3rd place at both PPA and WPPI . We are very proud of him. These conferences see the likes of over 10,000 people each. (see album here)
Rachel was in Ecuador twice this year working to support, fund and photograph orphanages that need so much more help. Contact us to make donations. (see slideshow here)
